1. Create an Account: You must create an account in order to shop online with us. Click on the "Login" button located on the top right hand corner of the header. After you have created an account, you will have to click on the "medical" tab in the header to return to this page. If you already have an account with us, please click on the "Login" link.

2. Browse or Search for Books: You can either search for items using the Search option, or browse our catalogue of medical books and equipment using the tabs on the left hand side of this page.

3. Add your Products to your basket: To purchase a particular item, click the "add" button. If your product various colours or sizes, please be sure to check that you have selected the correct information from the drop down menu before you add an item to your basket. Once you have added an item, a second window containing your shopping basket will appear. Please read and follow the directions on this page carefully. If you wish to add other items, click "Continue Shopping". If you have finished shopping, proceed to the next step. You will not be able to add items to your shopping basket without creating an account or logging in.

Remember! You can add items from other departments to your shopping basket as well. Make sure to check out our clothing department for the latest U of T fashions and our stationery department for all of your back-to-school needs.

4. Submit Your Order: When you have completed shopping, review your basket. Any time you make changes to your basket, you must click the "Recalculate" tab. Remember to chose either shipping or pick-up (pick up locations can be selected ont eh following page). When you are sure all the information is correct, click "Checkout". Please note that once you have clicked this button your order has been placed. Please make sure that your order is correct before submitting.

You will be directed to a page to confirm your shipping and billing information and to submit your credit card number. Please double check to make sure that your credit card number and expiry date are correct. If you selected pick up you will be asked to specify a pick up location and the name of the person who will be picking up the order if different from the cardholder. The cardholder should always be listed in the "Bill to" section. if you selected shipping, you will be asked for a ship to and bill to address. Please make sure that the credit card holder information is in the "Bill to" section. You will also be asked if you would like to consolidate your order or have it shipped in parts if not all items are available (a shipping charge will apply to each order). Once all of this information has been entered click "Submit Order".

5. Confirm your Order: A screen will pop up with all of the order information. Please double check to make sure that all information is correct. If it is correct, click "yes". Your order number will appear on the screen - please take note of this number for your records. If changes need to be made, Click "no" and you will be returned to your shopping basket.

6. Wait for Confirmation: You will receive an e-mail confirmation that your order was received by the U of T Bookstore. This is a confirmation only. You will receive a separate e-mail notification when your order has been shipped or is ready for pick-up. Please wait for this confirmation before you proceed to your pick-up location.
